Inspired by primitive New England style art and quilting
The backing cloth is made from an old Cornish sailing cloth I especially love the marks showing its history. I have used a mixture of antique cottons and hand dyed wools.
The piece is pinned into a box frame with a glass opening door, the frame is a vintaged inspired washed grey finish
